GAMEHUB COMMERCE & GAMEHUB GATE
Terms & conditions
Draft version: September 30, 2026. These terms are for the plugin, licensing service and related updates, not the products sold by a merchant using the plugin.
1. Provider and scope
“We”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal business supplying GameHub Commerce and GameHub Gate, operating from Florida, USA; the registered legal name and business address will be provided before purchase. Support: support@gamehubsolutions.com. “You” means the customer or authorized website operator. Your order confirmation identifies the purchased service, price, term and applicable version of these terms. Future features are not included until expressly released and offered.
2. Current release and compatibility
The present development preview is a WooCommerce add-on with DollarPay and XXPayUS. The standalone commerce platform and other advertised planned connectors are not yet available. Check the released version's requirements before installation. Test updates on staging and keep restorable backups. Compatibility with every theme, plugin, host, WordPress version or third-party service is not guaranteed. We remain responsible for any express commitments and obligations required by law.
3. Plans, payments and renewals
The planned Basic price is US$5 once per website; Premium is US$25 per year per website. An existing Basic owner pays US$20 for the first Premium year and US$25 for later annual renewals. The Premium price covers DollarPay, XXPayUS and PixPayment together when released. Any applicable taxes and processor charges payable to us will be disclosed before payment. Independent merchant processing fees are separate. Paid checkout is not currently available. No recurring charge is authorized merely by installing, activating or redeeming a free code. Any future automatic renewal requires clear disclosure and your express consent, with a cancellation method shown before purchase.
4. Trials and promotional codes
The introductory offer is one calendar month of released Premium features on one eligible website. A code may specify a different duration, redemption deadline and usage limit. The service validates the code and records the activation and end date. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, codes are non-cash, cannot be combined, cannot be applied retroactively and provide one introductory redemption per website. Downloading again, reinstalling or creating a new account does not reset the record. A disabled, expired or exhausted code cannot be redeemed. We may stop unredeemed offers prospectively, but will honor validly redeemed offers unless obtained through fraud or material misuse. Codes do not automatically charge you.
5. Website activation and expiration
A service entitlement is tied to the exact registered HTTPS website address, including any subdomain or site path. It cannot be shared across unrelated websites. Contact the issuer before a domain move. License checks require internet access; a temporary cached entitlement may apply, but continued access is not guaranteed while the service cannot validate a license. Under the planned standalone product, after a trial ends without a paid plan, new checkout payments pause while existing products, orders and administrative access remain. Paid Premium includes Basic entitlement; expiry removes Premium-only access. Cancellation or expiration does not itself erase store records.
6. Your store and merchant responsibilities
You operate your store and are responsible for lawful products and services, necessary approvals, taxes, customer disclosures, privacy notices, fulfillment, refunds and disputes with your buyers. You must obtain and maintain approval from each payment provider and comply with its applicable terms. Product-review tools do not determine whether an item is legal or authorized by a gateway. We do not act as your bank, payment processor, escrow provider or merchant of record and do not guarantee settlement, account approval or uninterrupted processing.
7. Security, third-party attacks and internet interruptions
You must protect administrator access and API credentials, use supported software and secure hosting, and maintain independent backups. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed free from attacks or interruption. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party hacking, malware, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access to your hosting or accounts, internet or telecommunications outages, power failures, DNS failures, or outages of hosting and payment providers, where that loss is not caused or contributed to by our breach of duty or failure to take legally required reasonable care. This clause does not excuse our own obligations concerning security, personal data, service quality or remedies required by law.
8. Liability and remedies
For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential business losses, including lost profits, revenue, anticipated savings or business opportunities arising from use of the service. This does not exclude direct losses for which we are legally responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Consumer customers retain mandatory remedies, including where digital content or services do not meet legally required standards. A third-party incident is not, by itself, proof that we have no responsibility.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Mandatory cancellation, refund, repair, replacement and other statutory rights remain available. Any additional commercial refund policy and the applicable support contact must be disclosed before sales open. No blanket “no refunds” policy applies through this draft. You may decline a future renewal; cancelling a renewal does not automatically refund a completed service period except where required by law or the agreed refund policy. Your store's customer refunds and processor chargebacks are separate from payments for our plugin service.
10. Software rights and branding
Software covered by the GPL or another open-source license remains governed by that license. These commercial terms do not remove rights to use, inspect, modify or redistribute that code. Website-specific activation applies to our hosted licensing, commercial entitlements and protected update service. Purchasing a plan does not transfer our trademarks or imply endorsement. Third-party components and brands retain their own licenses and ownership.
11. Licensing data and third parties
The licensing service processes registered website addresses, license identifiers and status, activation/check timestamps, code redemption history, contact details you supply and security logs. This supports activation, updates, fraud prevention and service administration. Merchant payment credentials remain on the merchant website and are not requested by this license console. Payment providers and hosts process information under their own terms. A separate privacy notice covering the legal controller, retention, recipients and applicable privacy rights must be available before commercial launch.
12. Support, updates and service changes
Support scope and any promised response times must be stated in the offer; no round-the-clock support commitment is made here. Basic has no scheduled entitlement expiry, but does not promise indefinite hosting, unlimited support or every future product. We may improve the service and release security fixes. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes or discontinuation where feasible, honor existing paid commitments or provide legally required remedies, and will not use a later change to remove mandatory rights.
13. Misuse and suspension
Do not use our hosted services for unlawful activity, credential abuse, interference with other customers, fraudulent redemptions or unauthorized access. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address a security incident, material breach or legal requirement. Where appropriate and safe, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. A suspension does not override applicable refund or consumer rights and does not authorize deletion of your store records.
14. Disputes and general provisions
Florida law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. No waiver of mandatory local consumer protections is imposed. Contact support@gamehubsolutions.com for questions, complaints, cancellation or assistance. Contact the provider first to seek a practical resolution. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Material revisions will be identified by version/date and notified where legally required; changes do not apply retroactively to remove accrued rights.
